Women's Health & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist + Clinical Pilates (Polestar)
Provider Number: 5247765T

From a young age, Lara loved sports and loved learning everything she could about the human body … the perfect recipe to become a physiotherapist.  She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra in 2016 and began her work as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist.  Over time Lara developed a passion for treating women’s health conditions and tailored her training to this area; including completing the Professional Certificate in the Conservative Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse, through the University of South Australia in 2022.

Lara cares for women through some of the challenges they can experience in life; from teenagers to our gorgeous more ‘senior’ ladies.  This can include conditions such as vaginismus and vulvodynia, pregnancy and postnatal care, mastitis treatment, urinary incontinence and urgency and pelvic organ prolapse.

Lara has worked across multiple private practices in Canberra as well as alongside an Endometriosis surgeon.  She treats women holistically and is considerate of how their mental health affects how their entire body functions. Lara moved to Sydney at the start of 2023 and is excited to experience the Sydney lifestyle, attempt to learn to surf, run the City2Surf, and taste Sydney’s best cocktails.
