Jacinta, is a cherished member of our Women in Focus team, with a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions, pelvic floor management and Clinical Pilates. Jacinta is a shire local and before joining the Women In Focus Team  worked in Sports and Musculoskeletal clinics both locally and in London.  

Having completed her APPI matwork course, Jacinta has a passion for empowering women through movement and rehabilitation. From prenatal care to postpartum recovery and beyond, she is committed to providing personalized treatment that fosters a woman's confidence in her body and its resilience. In the clinic, Jacinta believes in involving individuals in their own care, where clients actively participate in their wellness journey, making informed decisions and achieving lasting results.

Jacinta's unique expertise lies in clinical pilates, where she places a special emphasis on supporting a safe return to exercise in the postnatal period and the effective use of pilates in management of low back, pelvic girdle pain and pelvic floor conditions. Understanding the unique challenges women face during this time, she guides and empowers her clients to regain strength, flexibility, and confidence, ensuring every woman fulfills her goals and experiences a fulfilling postpartum journey.

Beyond her professional life, Jacinta finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, reading by the beach, indulging her passion for baking, and enjoying a sunrise run along the esplanade at Cronulla. You can often find her creating new moves on the Clinical Pilates equipment to add a touch of excitement to your sessions.
