Sarah is an energetic Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor who has a passion for rehabilitation and optimising the function of women. Sarah has a holistic approach to her sessions and a passion for finding the underlying cause for pain and dysfunction. She specialises in complex musculoskeletal conditions, pelvic girdle pain, rib dysfunction and pelvic floor conditions. Sarah has a passion for help post-natal women get back to what they love to do.

Sarah has undertaken extensive Pilates training and has received a Professional Diploma of Rehabilitation Pilates through Polestar Pilates, a leader of education in the Pilates world. She teaches fun, challenging and specific Clinical classes to give people to move their bodies to the best of their ability.

Sarah has undertaken training in the Connect Therapy Approach with Dr LJ Lee, and uses this approach to view people as a whole and identify all of the influences on pain and dysfunction with her patients.

When not at work, you will find Sarah outside as much as possible. She enjoys sailing, pretending she can surf and planning her next overseas trip.
