Clare is a compassionate and experienced Women’s Health, Musculoskeletal and Oncology & Lymphoedema Physiotherapist committed to supporting the confidence, well-being, health and fitness of women through all life-stages and treatment journeys.  

Clare has expertise in the assessment and management of all pelvic floor conditions including pelvic organ prolapse and pessary fitting, bladder and bowel incontinence, overactive bladder, dyspareunia and persistent pelvic pain. She has a particular interest in assisting women with endometriosis, focusing on how physiotherapy, education and exercise can help in managing this complex condition.

Clare is an Accredited Lymphoedema Therapist, having completed training through the Macquarie University ALERT program, and is currently undertaking further professional development towards the MQ Graduate Certificate in Lymphoedema Management. Her practice includes the early screening and intervention of lymphoedema following treatment for breast, gynaecological and melanoma cancers. She supports women experiencing musculoskeletal and pelvic floor concerns related to cancer treatment, including exercise rehabilitation, scar management and soft tissue therapy.

She treats postural, spinal and pelvic girdle conditions, in both the general, pregnancy and post-natal populations and brings a holistic considered approach to physiotherapy. She has designed programs for and takes our Sassy 60s and Strength to Strength (Cancer rehab) exercise groups.)

Clare is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Continence Foundation Australia, NSW Pelvic Pain Network and the Australasian Lymphology Association.
