Elouise graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of South Australia and is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life. She has a special interest in pelvic health, continence, and pre and postnatal care, helping women navigate pregnancy, birth preparation and postnatal recovery with confidence through education, hands-on treatment, pain management and evidence-based exercise.
Elouise enjoys working closely with her patients to create individualised treatment plans that are tailored to their goals and lifestyle. She is passionate about empowering women with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their strength, function and overall wellbeing.
In addition to women's and pelvic health, Elouise treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. She incorporates movement-based rehabilitation, Pilates and strength training principles into her treatment approach, with a focus on helping patients return to the activities they enjoy and move with confidence.
With a background in Pilates and a lifelong involvement in netball, Elouise has a strong appreciation for the benefits of movement and maintaining an active lifestyle. She combines a warm, supportive approach with evidence-based physiotherapy to help her patients achieve lasting outcomes.
Having recently relocated from Adelaide, Elouise is enjoying exploring Sydney and everything it has to offer. Outside the clinic, she loves Pilates, running, discovering great coffee spots and spending time outdoors.
