Eliza graduated with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia. She brings with her a a strong background in strength training, sporting injuries, dance injuries and movement based rehabilitation.
Eliza enjoys treating musculoskeletal conditions with a growing passion for women’s health, pelvic health presentations and movement-based rehabilitation. She has a particular interest in supporting women through pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery and values the complex, multi-factorial nature of these presentations.
Eliza has completed her Level 1 and 2 APA Women's and Pelvic Health training and has found these valuable in ensuring an evidence based approach for her patients.
Eliza has undertake extensive Clinical Pilates training through APPI and Unite and integrates Pilates and gym-based rehabilitation to improve strength, control and movement confidence, tailoring programs to each individual’s needs and goals. Eliza’s background as a dancer, along with her experience working with football clubs, helps her bring a well rounded approach to her Physiotherapy and Movement rehabilitation.
Eliza is moving up from Melbourne and is looking forward to exploring and immersing herself in Sydney life.
