Lauren is an experienced physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience helping women move with confidence, recover from injury and achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Combining her expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and rehabilitation, she takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to care that empowers women at every stage of life.

With a strong background in orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation, Lauren has developed extensive expertise in movement, pain and recovery. She is passionate about helping women return to the activities they love through personalised treatment plans that combine hands-on physiotherapy, education and targeted exercise rehabilitation.

Lauren has a special interest in women's health physiotherapy, including pregnancy-related pain, postnatal recovery, pelvic stability and exercise-based rehabilitation. She is committed to helping women feel strong, supported and informed as they navigate the physical changes that occur throughout life.

Known for her warm and compassionate approach, Lauren takes the time to understand each woman's unique circumstances and create practical treatment strategies tailored to their goals, lifestyle and stage of life.

As a mother herself, Lauren brings both professional expertise and personal insight into pregnancy, postnatal recovery and the physical demands many women experience. Her approachable nature helps clients feel comfortable, understood and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Outside the clinic, Lauren enjoys netball, swimming and spending time with her family. You may even spot her at a local shire parkrun with her much-loved groodle.

Lauren consults from our Miranda clinic on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and every second Saturday.
