Due to the increasing popularity of classes, and requests for regular time slots for the equipment classes we are introducing a new system for bookings.

All of our Equipment classes will be available on a ‘10 week term’ basis to participants who wish to book the same time slot each week. This is a permanent booking, which we will hold specifically for you which will enable you to keep up regular attendance and achieve your Pilates goals.

We understand that life happens and there may be the odd occasion that you are not able to attend, in which case we will do our best to help you to find a ‘make up’ class at an alternative time and date. In each block of 10, you are able to do this a maximum of two occasions and are required to give us at least 24 hours notice. It will be the responsibility of each participant to arrange their own make up classes and in some instances unfortunately this may not always be possible.

At the end of week 5, the next term of classes will be available for bookings and people already in those time slots will be given priority. If there is a participant that does not wish to continue in the next block, then the spot will be made available to the next person on the waiting list for that time/day.

We also understand that there will be some individuals whom this ‘permanent’ time slot will not work, and apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. We hope however that you can understand that we have made the decision to transition to this system due to constant requests for regular times from the majority of clients. You are most welcome to check regularly on our online bookings for when ‘drop in’ spaces become available. Please chat with Sarah or Lyz of you would like to discuss this further with us.

In order to accommodate the growing popularity of classes, we are very excited to announce that we have added 4 new classes to the schedule, and have two new Pilates instructors. Our new Pilates instructors are highly experienced Physiotherapists whom have specialised in clinical pilates and have been ‘hand picked’ by Lyz and Sarah. All current clients information, goals and injures will be communicate to the new instructors to ensure the same quality of pilates and continuity of care continues.

New class times available for bookings:
Tuesday 11am, 5pm and 6pm
Friday 8am

We thank you for your assistance in helping us transition to this new system. As with any new system there are always teething issues so please work with us to help us to provide a more efficient and effective pilates program.

We look forward to seeing you more regularly in the classes, and welcome any feedback you have!
